Kaitlyn brings her vast experience of exercise prescription to our Dublin clients from her hometown of Vancouver, and she combines her expert medical knowledge from her Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Degrees to create targeted and effective exercise programmes.

Recognising that many people are new to exercise and lifting weights, and that it can feel daunting to know where to start, Kaitlyn ensures a welcoming environment for all clients, so you will always feel comfortable in as you move through your programme. An experienced Canadian physiotherapist, she also has the knowledge to adapt exercises for special populations eg osteoporosis/pregnancy exercise. Kaitlyn teaches both the Senior Men’s class (>70) and the Over 55’s Women’s Strength & Core class at the clinic.

As a former elite swimmer, Kaitlyn is familiar with the demands and expectations of sport, and her results with clients demonstrate how a professionally designed movement programme can reduce injury risk and set the body up correctly for a healthy and successful season.
